I, Sunil, offer freelance web development, 3D web experiences, and UI/UX design services. All services are subject to individual project agreements discussed and confirmed via email or written contract.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, animations, 3D elements, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Sunil unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. Source files and intermediate work products remain my property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Standard terms include:
• A deposit of 50% upfront before work begins
• Remaining 50% upon project completion and approval
• Payment methods and currencies are discussed on a per-project basis
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
I am committed to delivering premium digital products with 100% client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any deliverable, I will work with you to address concerns within the agreed project scope.
I shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
All project-related information shared by clients is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
I reserve the right to display completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client names and sensitive details will be anonymized upon request.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
